Who we are
Kasi is the next generation data center and digital platform for hyperscale and enterprise cloud. We are building a sustainable data center platform for Africa by growing modern digital ecosystems to drive internet and cloud access to over a billion people. Our mission is to build technology and solutions to accelerate digital transformation and cloud in Africa.
Kasi leverages a team of experienced data center professionals with deep connections to hyperscalers and digital transformation innovators led by a local African team.

Kasi Academy is a specialized training-to-hire program designed to cultivate the skills required for the data center and technology industry. The academy offers a viable pathway to address the scarcity of digital infrastructure expertise in Nigeria.
The program is a leading training platform that caters to both technical and non-technical roles, providing candidates with the necessary skills to excel in their respective fields.
The 3-month program will provide young aspiring professionals with the opportunity to learn technical and soft skills from a world-class organization through a combination of intense training and on-the-job experience. Successful candidates will have the chance to explore exciting career pathways within one of the following teams in Kasi after completing the program:
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any discipline (minimum class of degree 2:1).
- Completed or are exempted from the NYSC program.
- Candidate should not be more than 26 years old.
- Candidate must have graduated not earlier than 2020.
